Cars: You'll Laugh, You'll Cry, You'll Cheer!

Cars.. Cars.. Cars !!!!

I totally love it !!!!

Just watched it on Monday and I'm so in love with it !!!!

Can you imagine all the cars are very shiny !
Can you imagine that you cannot actually differentiate between the naturally-made scenes and the computerized ones !

I find that Pixar's animations have never disappointed me.
From Toy Stories, Finding Nemo, to The Incredibles, and now, Cars!
I love them all, man.
Toy Stories are about friends.
Finding Nemo are about friendship.
The Incredibles are about what? :P
Cars..............................

By the way, I think Cars might be attracting more boys than girls.
And more adults than kids? I guess..

OMG.. even the plots were also very good..
Seem like a typical Disney movie anyway.. Hahaa..

OSTs are also very very good..
The songs are very touching and I'll definitely get an original OST for this movie. It must be a must-have !

Quoted from movies.about.com
Dick Cook, chairman of The Walt Disney Studios, said, "It's always a great pleasure working with the incredible team at Pixar. 'Cars' is going to deliver just what audiences have come to expect from them -- great storytelling, cutting edge animation, and superb acting from the animated characters and the actors who play them. Having Paul Newman and Richard Petty providing voices is inspired casting and will add to the fun. All of us at Disney are also excited to be co-sponsoring Paul's car at Daytona and know that he'll do us proud."

McQueen, being a bad boy by caring less of other people, or I should rather say other cars, got stuck in one lonely out-of-the-map town along the route 66. To make things worse, he needed to serve the town, Radiator Spring, for somehow he had damaged its road. Of course, a rebellion like him would want to run away, although unsuccessful. Did I say that there actually was a babe, erm a lady car ? And that was a sexy Porsche aka Sally. Also appeared on screen, Doc Hudson, who was previously a Champion for Piston Cup (read Winston Cup) for 3 consecutive years (1950, 1951, 1952). Unfortunately he didn't make it for the 4th year as some mishap happened.

WARNING: SPOILERS BELOW

Ok. If you insist that you want to read.

Eventually someone (Doc) called up the media to inform them that McQueen had been staying in RS. Nobody in the town actually knew that he, McQueen, was supposed to be very famous. All of the sudden news reporters were all coming to find him. And Mack, excuse me he is not stupid ok?, came to bring McQueen to California for the Piston Cup Race.

McQueen lost control in the race, but something surprised happened. Doc and the rest of RS residents, except Sally and a few more stayed back at the town, came to the race as well and really helped McQueen stay focused on the race.

In the final round, the idiot Chick Hicks played a cheat. He purposedly knocked into The King and that made him nearly gone out of the competition, if not for McQueen. He was about to complete the last round where McQueen realized what happened to Doc. (In fact what happened to Doc was that he didn't complete the race. The car lost control and thus had gone off the competition with bad shapes.) He didn't want the same thing to happen thereby he just slipped his chance of becoming the Piston Cup Champion. Instead, he went back to The King and pushed him to make him complete the round. (At this point of time I broke into tears.)

By the way, make sure that you sit thru the end of the show, really the end. Even the ending credits are very important okie? Heez.. You surely get a surprise :)

Besides, I would say that this show is worth the money.
Unlike The Da Vinci Code where the creators failed to make audience understand several relationships existing in the movie, this Cars excels. That is to say, I guess audience would be able to follow the plot, and someone like me even cried.
